 Auchlishie Eventing

Since we ran our event in October 2020  amidst a storm  which saw rainfall  never seen before- we have survivied a further lockdown and emergence this summer with the hope that Eventing in Scotland will restart in  June with Hopetoun and Burgie.

Course Designer Adrian Ditcham, who was also responsbile for the 2012 Olympics and our new venture at Glamis Castle- which sadly we ahd to cancel this year -   has overseen the  course  design and we are delighted that David Wilson  be our course builder - we are very lucky to have  him as course builders are in very short supply in Scotland. Followers of  Kirriemuir will have seen over the  years we aim to provide not only excellent going but utilise the wide variety of terrain and jumping efforts, combined with excellent spectator viewpoints over the event field.   The construction of our new bunkhouse accommodation is nearly complete and we are very excited for the future.

The well established 80 cm class will  again run in 2021. We also welcome the Under 18's who have several classes at Kirriemuir this year.

Scottish Eventing more than ever needs your support as events such as Kirriemuir need to remain sustainable in order to run the sport we all love..

Annual vertidraining and expenditure on drainage has kept this course in peak condition.

We offer on site portable stabling in our Cheval stables
