For all external cross country hires a disclaimer must be completed and payment made by Paypal – no booking will be accepted without a completed disclaimer form and payment.

In the event of cancelation by Auchlishie due to adverse weather or other conditions payment will be refunded if it is cancelled by client no refund will be offered and an alternative date and time will only be offered subject to availability. The only exception for payment on line not required in advance is if you are coming with an instructor who is making a group payment which must be agreed with Auchlishie beforehand.
